We use evidence-based approaches, including CBT and mindfulness and acceptance-based strategies, to help you move toward your goals. We take a collaborative approach to therapy and believe that you are the expert on your own life. Our role is to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can explore challenges, build insight, and develop practical tools to move forward with confidence.
